Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove personal data and pack the Wisephone securely in its original packaging with all included accessories.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
